The Granny Awards

LPL Jr. returns for its sixth year in 2004.

This opportunity is for children ages 8 to 13 (third through eighth grades) to learn about all aspects of theatre.  A series of weekly workshops teach stage "lingo," choreography, make-up, costumes, lighting, stage management, and set design.  The final class includes a performance by the group to which parents are invited.

The $35 registration fee includes all workshops and class materials, an LPL Jr. t-shirt, and the privilege of going to the dress rehearsal of our spring show.

Performance 

This year's final class will be a performance of The Granny Awards.  Granny has retired after 80 years in show business, and Little Red, Jack-N-Jill, and the rest of the gang are coming out to honor her.  Will the Big Bad Wolf succeed in stealing a Granny Award of his very own?
