"Rumors", comedy/farce, takes place at the NY mayor's mansion as a dinner party is about to begin. 

 

	"A 10th Anniversary celebration gone awry makes for a sidesplitting comedy. The party's host, a deputy New York City mayor, has shot himself in the head. He has just a flesh wound but, adding to his troubles, his wife and the mansion servants are missing.
"His lawyer, a guest, decides it's time for a cover-up. Other guests start arriving.  Fearing scandal, the couples are given differing scenarios by the first onsite, until who-knows-what becomes a tangled mess  Soon no one can remember who has been told what about whom.  The couples race to cover-up lies and deceit while rumors run rampant.
